You have to go in short shorts and a belly shirt to start. Work outs are completely different. Make sure you hair is done before. Only Britney and Gaga playlists are allowed. Sweat bands for wrists and your head are optional. You have to twerk as you lift weights and every five minutes you take a twerkout workout break if you’re doing cardio. Make sure you do a choreographed dance number between sets as well. And you better work, bitch!
